This national quality framework recognises our commitment to safe and inclusive practices and service delivery for the LGBTIQA+ community. By achieving this accreditation, we have demonstrated that we meet the six standards of organisational capability, workforce development, consumer participation, a welcoming and accessible organization, disclosure and documentation, and culturally safe and acceptable services for the LGBTIQA+ community.
