What we can do

The LGBTI Legal Service can provide advice on matters relating to family law, domestic violence, criminal law, discrimination and human rights, employment, gender identity, surrogacy and parenting rights, administrative law and general civil law.

What we cannot

The LGBTI Legal Service cannot provide advice on matters relating to: commercial law, immigration and visas, taxation law, personal injuries, medical negligence or investments.
